Food Innovation Seminar

France and Thailand are two driving countries in the field of food innovation. In France, 10 competitiveness clusters are centred around agriculture and agro-food, including Vitagora, who aim to promote industrial performance and innovation. In Thailand, Food Innopolis is an innovation hub focusing on research development and innovation for food industry. This past decade, a shift has been observed in the consumer food demand, as 66% of consumers worldwide report being willing to pay extra for sustainable offering. To bring together the expertise of the two countries, France and Thailand have decided to organize a dedicated event, on the occasion of the Thaifex International Food exhibition and the framework of the French and Thai Year of the Innovation Label. On this occasion, institutions and enterprises of the agro-food innovation sector willing to share knowledge and good practices on innovations on alternative proteins, are welcomed to join us !
