Business Expedition Space
The Trade Department of the French Embassy in Thailand – Business France - is a French governmental agency, responsible for fostering trade relationships between French and Thai companies. We believe that France can be a strong partner of Thailand while the country is developing its space sector in an unprecedented way. In this context, in collaboration with the CNES, we led a delegation of 10 french companies, to meet the Thai Newspace ecosytem during an event held on the 2nd and 3rd March 2023 in Chonburi and Chiang Mai.
The space industry is a promising sector in Thailand. France is currently collaborating with Thailand on the launch of the THEOS II satellite and there is great potential for further partnerships between both countries.👉🏻As part of the “France-Thailand Year of Innovation” and in this context of strong development of the Space Industry, Business France Thailand team organized the Thai session of the "Business Expedition Space" event on March 2nd and 3rd, 2023. Two fruitful days, in Chonburi and Chiang Mai, during which the main Thai and French players in this field were able to meet and share their expertise.
